Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Because our products are handmade, processing time may be slightly longer during high-volume periods.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.​

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Kimoni Healing Vybez is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.​

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Kimoni Healing Vybez is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or carrier issues. However, we will do our best to help you track your order.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Warm Weather Notice (Important for Body Butters)
Our body butters are made with natural ingredients that may soften or melt in hot weather.
We are not responsible for melting during shipping, but the product is still safe to use. Simply place in a cool area to allow it to firm again.
Refunds or replacements will not be given for melting.

Order Refusal
Kimoni Vybez Butter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
