At Kimoni Healing Vybez, all products are handmade body care and self-care items. Due to the personal nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy in accordance with New York consumer protection guidelines.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on body butters, oils, incense, fragrances, or skincare products once an order has been processed or shipped.

• Lost or stolen packages

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Once a package is given to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
